Mi4 Not Updating

Hello there,
it seems that my Xiaomi Mi4 is not updating anymore, the latest update and therefore my current version is 5.12.3. I'm not completely sure whether there are supposed to be other updates after it (I think it should be 5.12.31, right?) and in that case which one is the newest?
Any idea on why it isn't updating and how to fix it?

Last one is 5.12.4 and there are no weekly updates for mi4 after that.
