Mi4c - 2gb Ram Version: How To Unlock Bootloader ?

Hi,
I'm french user, so, I'm sorry for my bad english

I have already 2 Mi4 with Xiaomi.eu rom installed, so thank's a lot.
I recently buy a Mi4c 2gb/16gb version from Ban**ood ( I don't know if I can give the name )
The phone is now with official China Dev ROM, and I go for Unlock the bootloader (if I understand it's mandatory for install Xiaomi.eu), I get "MiFlashUnlock_1.1.0317.1_en.zip" but not working, phone is not recognized
How to by-passs this ? Please Help !

Edit: Can't flash the first ROM of the Guide so cannot continue

Edit2: Ok, just Skiped the first Rom to flash, directly flash via Fastboot and unlock bootloader then, again, thanks !

hello could you explain the process please? I have mi MI4C on the latest today DEv Rom China on MIUI8. I have tried to boot lock but it still is stuck on 50% and on the oem unlock is failed... I read somewhere it need to wait a few days to resolve this, anyone confim this?

Yes, just test later, could be network problem or Xiaomi server too loaded etc..
