Mi4C in a bootloop

Can someone please help me with above issue? I tried all ideas, all forums , all advices on you tube in last 10 days but to no avail.

It doesn't go in beyond MI logo and also boot loader is relocked which is the real problem , i guess.

That's why I need real help from members in this forum.

While upgrading the ROM, my phone got into boot loop. I have had the phone unlocked earlier, which was relocked in the process. I cannot apply for the unlocking permission again, can I?

Well, first of all, I have to search for unlock code. And like you mentioned, i tried to unlock the bootloader, with this result. Attaching a file here.(screen shot)
