The download speed of my mi4c from google play and with the chrome browser is very limited, around 300-400 kb/sec, however i have 1 gigabit fiber connection with a fast router, and everything fine on my galaxy s6 and on my nexus 7.
My friend has the same device and according the hungarian mi4c forum so many people strugling with this also.
I have some progress to solve this issue maybe its helpful for the developers.
On the 5.11.1 multi rom i have the same slow download problem (around 300kb/sec max) but after i installed the dolphin browser something happened because since that my download speed was much faster (also the play store downloads) as you can see in the picture this below
Yesterday i was updated to the 5.11.5 xiaomi.eu multirom and however the download speed still fast with dolphin browser but the chrome and the play store download speed gone back to 300kb/sec.
Now i dowgraded to 5.11.1 xiaomi.eu multirom and my speed raised again with the help of dolphin browser.
For me it seems the dolphin change somekind of network settings and this change is enough for fast download on the 5.11.1 rom, but something different on the 5.11.5 rom and however the dolphin browser still has a fast download speed but the rest of that is slow back....
Sorry for my bad english, if anybody else has a solution for this, please let me know
