Mi4s- Can't Verify Device On Mi Unlock Tool (vendor Rom)

How can I solve this?
Because I have a vendor/seller ROM I can't update to China Developer ROM either.
Please help. I really want to upgrade to a xiaomi.eu ROM but it's been difficult.

I did not succeed to install TWRP on my Mi4s, but I succeed to flash via fastboot (using PC).
Where can I get MIUI 8 ROM for flashing via fastboot?

But I missed to mention that I need International or Xiaomi.eu rebuilt version.
I can download ROM version for TWRP only from this forum.

Finally I succeed to install TWRP. But when I try to flash MIUI 8 I got error message:
Error executing updater binary in zip...

TWRP mode restarts, and within select the Install button, and the button from .img. choose format recovery. when you already have the updated recovery can already put miui 8 also from the option to install the recovery but .zip

Well. I installed new ver. of TWRP. But it asks me if I should allow to modify. But touch screen does not response to swipe for allow

Oh, solved it. Quickly swipe 'to allow' just after rebooting. But if I delay device becomes hot and touch screen does not response.
MIUI 8 is installing. Hope everything will be alright now.

Yo choose recovery and now You
reboot again and again into recovery mode. is a bug that has but only happens the first time

I have to use miflash and put my phone into fastboot mode. Then i must click on the Mi4s EDL.cmd > i don't understand this. I open a command windows in the folder where the miflash is at an empty space. But what do i have to type as a command? And how can i put the latest dev rom in the browser of the mi flash when i cannot find it in my explorer while it is there, but i do not see it.

Can you help me out?

You can unlock bootloader by official method. you can try from your ROM. but if it fails, you have to put an original rom developer first. I leave the link for you to see.

so the end is easier to skip the bootloader with another tutorial. As I put you have to download the tutorial files when you have a folder on the computer desktop follow their instructions. You do not have to write anything. just put the phone in EDL mode and click on a file. Lee well.

Yesterday i had some problems with my pc and also i could not load this website.

Today i tried again and i succeeded in unlocking my mi4s with miflash like you explained. Now i found the EDL file and the flashing was done. Unfortunately the TWRP i could not put on my mi4s with fastboot (miflash) method. The file (number 3) was there, but when i clicked on it miflash could not find the file.

So, i now want to try to install TWRP by putting TWRP v8 in the internal storage of my mi4s, like i did before on a mi4 which was unlocked. After that i can put the latest dev rom multilang on the mi4s and i am done.

Can i do that? Put TWRP on the internal storage?
Delete data, cache and dalvik after that (and after back up)?

TWRP not succeeded.
The other rom is on the Phone now, but still get stuck at 50% with the unlock app of Xiaomi. No succes either.
I must have TWRP on my Phone, so what must i do now? Almost there grrrrrrrr

Well, i started my mi4s in recovery mode and there TWRP showed up!
I installed super su with twrp, so now my mi4s should be rooted.
Maybe after that i can install the needed dev rom miui 8.
Any advise?

My device don't start anymore....oops.
Put the latest official dev rom on it with twrp and that went well.
But after reboot nothing anymore....

Not, to install TWRP, you have to put the phone into fastboot mode and then run the file twrp.cmd. NO MIFLASH. Is ms dos file
