Mi5s Plus - Twrp And Root [zip & Img][natrium]

You need unlocked bootloader on the Mi 5s Plus to install TWRP and SuperSU!

Download TWRP zip (for first installation):
- https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=385035244224387312 (22MB - TWRP_natrium.zip 24.11.2016)

Download .img (for TWRP Update)
- http://www.miui.com/thread-6004225-1-1.html
(ZCX-TWR-3.0.2-X-MI5SPlus-Natrium-16.12.26.img - 26.12.2016)

SuperSU (to flash it over TWRP):
- http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/stable-2016-09-01supersu-v2-78-release-t3452703 (SuperSU-v2.79-201612051815.zip - 15.12.2016)


How to install TWRP (first time):
1. Download .zip
2. Unzip
3. CMD
- fastboot flash recovery FILENAME.img
- fastboot boot FILENAME.img
4. Terminal (Linux)
- sudo fastboot flash recovery FILENAME.img
- sudo fastbooot boot FILENAME.img
(FILENAME is the name of the unzip file with .img like twrp.img or recovery.img)

Update TWRP over TWRP:
1. Download .img
2. Boot in TWRP
3. Install
4. Install image
5. Check "recovery"
6. Swipe to install
7. Wipe delvik/cache -> swipe to wipe
8. Reboot (System)

Install SuperSU (Root) for the first time:
1. Download SuperSU .zip (not apk)
2. Boot in TWRP
3. Install -> select supersuxxx.zip
4. Swipe to install
5. Wipe delvik/cache -> swipe to wipe
6. Reboot (System)

If you saw anything in chinese (TWRP) after first reboot just type in youtube "chinese twrp" and you will find out how to change in English.

- From xiaomi.eu TWRP (twrp.img) update to ZCX-TWR-3.0.2-X-MI5SPlus-Natrium-16.12.26.img (over TWRP) - no problems
- flash xiaomi.eu 6.12.29 with ZCX-TWR-3.0.2-X-MI5SPlus-Natrium-16.12.26 - no problems
- root 6.12.29 weekly/dev xiaomi.eu with SuperSU-v2.79-201612051815.zip - no problems
