Mi8 and ARB - change ROM from Global to eu

Hello everyone! I need a bit of clarity about the famous arb introduced with android 9. I would like to install in my mi8 the miui 8.10.18eu, currently I have the 8.10.11 global beta official .... can I flash with twrp without brick the phone? the Rom eu increase the version of the arb? with miui eu can i use ok google, google pay???? yes you can flash the xiaomi.eu rom, you do not brick your phone, (after you have unlocked your bootloader.)
all google service do work with eu rom, safety check is passed.

but you can check your ARB with: fastboot getvar anti
"The displayed output : 3 shall mean you're fine while 4 shall mean you're in the Anti-Rollback squad."
