mi8se cant flash eu rom

hey guys, i got this device from aliexpress, and it came with "global" rom, and bootloader unlocked. as i know the se doesn't have global. as i use RTL language the battery icon and all the above was massy, so i decided to flash our beloved eu rom.
it came by the way with miui9 .
so i flash recovery, then the latest stable rom. the phone didn't boot up. i figured because it has older miui9 , so i downloaded the latest sable chinese fastboot firmware,
sirius_images_V11.0.3.0.PEBCNXM_20190926.0000.00_9.0_cn_bc09b23ef4
and did the flash all command, the phone booted up smoothly with miui11.
now what i did is flash recovery again - twrp-3.4.0-0-xmsirius.img
and (after factory reset and data and cache) i flashed the eu rom: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V11.0.3.0.QEBCNXM_v11-10.zip

after finished the phone boot up only to fastboot mode.
i did it twice.. (again the chinese firmware. other recovery this time - same result.

You have only fastboot access???
You can not install TWRP?
Reflash a china fastboot rom, flash twrp again, FORMAT DATA (not factory/wipe) in twrp, reload EU rom in the phone and install it again.

i am thinking to unlocked flash twrp and latest stable ( global .eu)
i did unlock several allready.
Can you link me up to latest working twrp and latest stable?
or tut with links is also apriciated

Start installing that and after you can move to Miui12 if you want.
But better to restart TWRP flash with older rom.
Don't forget to format data in TWRP and to reboot in recovery before placing the rom zip in your phone.
Follow full instruction given first page installation step.
In case flash turn bad (I know this phone is sensible) reflash stock rom.

rebooting into fastboot, cant go back in twrp again.

You should restart with TWRP 1227 old version (you get it?) and move to android 10 TWRP after eu install.

You should restart with TWRP 1227 old version (you get it?) and move to android 10 TWRP after eu install.

yeah yeah, i get it....

Was looking yesterday for old img files... last night i found a YT file with all the required links... downloading now.

ps, the phone is from a collegue, i am rocking mi 10 pro nowadays
