Resolved Mi9 Pro 5G (crux)

It all started with an update to 10.20.15:
-the 5G switching option is missing in the Preferred network mode settings. I can find in search "5G network mode selection" but this only directs me to advanced mobile settings
-the Phone application became "Write to mobile ..." and stopped working, giving an error when trying to open
-the Contacts application became "Night" and also stopped working, I had to download a Google dialer and contacts
-the Themes app became "Enable transparent .." and stopped working
-translation errors in Settings app
After update on 10/20/22:
-the Weather also broke, endless periodic errors, had to be turned off
-the Camera application has become known as "5", but it works

Wiping apps data dont work. Help please, I don’t know where to go and how to return the phone to working condition without resetting.

I see only encrypted random folder names on the /data/system directory..

Sadly there's nothing I can do here, your TWRP doesn't support decryption properly. You can always root the device with Magisk and use a root file browser to delete that folder.

I have the same device, and for the latest updates , i just realized that it always required a clean install...the only fix

Fixed for the next release, package_cache should refresh properly now after an update.
