Mi9 PRO 5G how to install miui eu?
i have bootloader unlocked and i flash twrp, format data and reboot to recovery again then i install miui eu rom,all done,but phone not booting to the system...
i install mi9pro5g 11.0.6.0

You need to remove encryption in TWRP. I forget which option, I detailed it in an earlier forum thread. Uncheck DM Verity and check remove encryption I think.
