Resolved Microphone isnt working in voice apps e.g. skype with headphones

@ingbrzy , reinstalled Telegram already two times, also did a full wipe and configured/reinstalled from scratch everything, no luck, will retry yet.
Very strange that incomming calls are fine. Also for an outgoing call if you mute/unmute mic, or minimize/reopen the app, mic starts to work...

Sounds like it could be something to do with Android 10's new permission system which allows you to only give permissions to the app whilst it is not in the background. This could be for the microphone as well possibly which would explain why it would start functioning when you reopen the app. Try to enable the microphone permission for that app at all times. This may resolve your problem.
