missing heart rate measurement and notification effect problems(in AOD)

Hi, i was thinking about mesuring I was thinking of measuring my heart rate thanks to the fingerprint through the new feture but, when I go to the appropriate section it is not there, even if I look for it manually .. currently I have the Xiaomi eu 12.5.13 stable and I am also experiencing a lag problem with the notification effect (stellar) with always on display, the particella that pop up just stop and freez continuously until they runs out.
