After half day usage Mi8 10.3 running without problem. No battery drain and no any other issue.At the MIUI site they just rolled back the China stable.

Developer options -> Night mode...I installed latest (second from today) 10.3.1 on my Mi8. I cant found dark mode.

I checked the code in your ROM and everything is fine, you should see the Night mode setting.

So you're seeing the initial setup screen and then it goes black, or nothing is shown immediately after boot?no ... at initial start at the moment it checks for updates
