New [MIUI 11][Mi 9T Pro] Bug while app tries to install related apk from unknown sources

Hello,

I've came across bug while installing Titanium Backup onto my device.
Clean miui 11 rom, installed titanium from google play store. When I try to open app, it crashes.
I know crashes fix after installing titanium backup add-on apk manually.
But that wasn't the case on global EU rom. On that rom there was notification being displayed and opening of titanium went smooth that's why I am posting this as an issue.

Not crashing on Mi 8, so I've nothing to comment here.
