MIUI 12.5.4 slow speed of opening apps

Hi yesterday i tried to install on mi 9t pro the last stable rom (12.5.4), i'm started from official global, unlocked bootloader, installing twrp, made format data and installed the rom, when It started i feel the animations were very fast more than global but the speed of opening apps in particular Chrome was very slow, i tried several time to reboot and i reflashed the rom another time but remain this issue, i made some mistakes when flashed? I don't know if Xiaomi eu team can do something. Thanks

Welcome on MIUI based on Android 11...

Google made some changes to the Android 11 file system for "security" and utterly ruined a lot of app's performance. Don't flash a weekly, it's still crap.

TBH if I had time, I'd format and go back to Android 10
