MIUI 12.5 to MIUI 13 question!

Hello, a small question, if I want to go from MIUI 12.5.19 By xiaomi.eu to MIUI 13.0.2.0 By xiaomi.eu I need to install the version of MIUI 13 with data formatting, or simply with the update tool that is in it MIUI 13 zip file. What could I do without deleting my data?
If they have any answer, it is for the POCO F3
