ok other question how can i do a wipe cache partition in miui 13? or in other words do I have to do this after an update with Fastboot? because I have the feeling that there is sometimes a bit of a snag when scrolling, not much but you notice it.

Wiping of cache not needed.

Also, you can translate directly taking a picture, from Google Lens or any other translation tool. I used few weeks ago to translate it from a chinese rom.
