1. My Rom is HyperOS stable xiaomi.eu 1.0.8.0.UNACNXM. it's last version
2. I downloaded this file. From the explorer, I clicked install (attempt to update) and did not see anything happen. It is shown that there is nothing to update. I am attaching screenshots.

Aww. when buying the phone, I was assured that TWRP is installed and I will receive the latest updates over the air. But apparently this is not the case.

Is there any instructions on how to install the new firmware?
Or update an existing one?

I checked along the path as you have in the video. I am attaching a screenshot below.

Why i cant login to ggplay with this rom? it said "This device isn't Play Protect certified"
Or i need to install Xiaomi.eu GPay Module download from post 1?

I do all you suggest but still same as before, "This device isn't Play Protect certified"

New here. I have a POCO X3 Pro global (vayu), and am currently using the official stock (rooted) MIUI 13 stable. I would like to try this MIUI 14 because of Android 13. This phone is my daily driver and I am heavily reliant on a functioning GPS for Google Maps, and Bluetooth for my headphones. I would like to know GPS and BT are reliable on this ROM, or if there are any standing unresolved bugs related to the two?
