MIUI 2.3.30(and lower) SGS2 - wake-up delay

What with wake-up delay in SGS2? After pressing the button, it takes about 3 seconds until it shows a lock screen.
It's Samsung's fault (Samsung's ROM base), right? This is annoying. It can be fixed?

EDIT When i reboot the phone say error trying reading hardware interface
