MIUI and MD5 Checksum Error

Hey everyone! Got some questions for you.

Have you tried doing backups and restores of this ROM? Have you had md5 checksum errors? Which phone do you have?

I've got Samsung Galaxy SII and apparently since the official supported Clockworkmod for it is 4.0.1.5, while MIUI installs 5.0.2.7 and this causes this md5 error for me each time. So basically I can install MIUI but I can never backup or restore it for that reason.
