Incremetal means that there is a few megabytes ROM, with onlu changes. Or every week i need to download full size ROM ?

Yes this is correct. Developer hasn't released his port yet.

How about checking logcat to see WHY it doesn't open? It's not part of MIUI... as long as other apps work, I don't think there's a ROM issue
