Invalid Miui plus stop working on android 13

Star (mi 11 ultra) 14.0.23.1.3 dev (eu)
Before xmas (android 12 last week firmware eu) I coud connect to my laptop and tablet via miui+. Now nothing happens.

23.1.9 still can't connect to xiaomi pad 5

Not sure how we can help you with MIUI+. It's an official Xiaomi China feature.

Copied from tablet mi connect service 2.13.253 and replaced old 2.12.200. Begin work. Seems like problem was with mi hub, before copying it doesnt ask for permission to connect.
