How come the Play Store icon doesn't change on my Galaxy Nexus and there's no Email app?

Have anyone use note 1 GT-N7000?
When i use original recovery to flash this rom, it show error: assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device")=="GT-N7000" ||
How to fix this? Do i need unlock bootloader?

you have to unlock it and install a custom recovery!
