Miui version downgrade and anti-rollback protection

Hi All,

Just got my brand new mi8. Flashed the latest version MIUI 10 version via twrp. No problems so far.
As I am going to use my mi8 as my company phone I need to encryption it to use intune company portal (a byod admin app, to use company apps on my private phone).

I Made some research and appreantly several users reported that xiaomi.eu roms do not support encryption.
Therefore...

I would like to flash the

Latest Global Stable Version Fastboot File (need to make a clean flash with Mi Flash Tool):
dipper_global_images_V10.0.2.0.OEAMIFH_20180912.0000.00_8.1_global_7d6e5e4b45

Currently using:
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8_V10.0.6.0.OEACNFH_v10-8.1.zip

Does anybody know if I can flash that version without bricking my phone?

(btw. trying to read the rollback from my phone index gives me a "getvar variable not found" error, so I cant't check and compare).

Vogliamo installare il rom globale miui 10, devi scaricare lo strumento chiamato: miflash, dopodiché scarichi la rom, decomprimila e avvia le selezioni della rom dello strumento flash dell'app dall'opzione browse e scegli la rom, quindi fai clic su quella 'opzione per rilevare il dispositivo, quindi fare clic su Flash è così parte del flash della rom.
PS Devi avere il bootloader sbloccato e mettere il telefono in modalità fastboot per eseguire queste operazioni

thanks for the reply. Yes, I would like to use Mi Flash Tool (not checking - flash and lock). I am rather asking if I can downgrade from
V10.0.6.0.OEACNFH -> V10.0.2.0.OEAMIFH
