New MIUI Video Glitch And Front Video Recording

MIUI Version: 3.8.9
Multilang: Yes
How to reproduce the problem:
A. Video glitch: Play some video in gallery or in game.
B. Front Video Cam Recording: Open camera > Switch to record mode > Switch to Front > FC

Dear MIUI team, this bug is still present in the current build (3.9.6). Arco has fixed this issue on CM10 (and up) ROMs. I think this fix would work for MIUI as well, since the base is most likely the same. I'm not a developer and have no idea what to do with it. Just found the fix that would help a lot of people.
