New Mix 2s hotpot 5GHz

Hi all,

Just wanted to report that Wi-Fi hotspot doesn't work on 5GHz on MIUI 11 (currently using 9.10.17). Don't know if it was working on previous miui 11 build but on miui 10 (android 9) it was working.

Bug report will provide additionally because file is too large to upload here.
