Try this:
Go to TWRP,WIPE, Advanced Wipe,"DALVIK CACHE" and "CACHE",SWIPE TO WIPE,Reboot System
After that,say me if you can use your LDAC equipement without problem.

Yes but repair a lot of error (~75%)
