MMS download

Hello,
I can't download MMS >10Ko. Smaller are ok.
The stock ROM is working well so I think it is a ROM issue.
Perhaps an option in APN settings that is absent ( mms protocol)

I have a similar issue with AOSP roms. At first I thought of couldn't download larger messages, but after months of no answers I found out that I cannot download any mms that contains an animated gif, our a gif with an attached audio file. I however can download and receive normal gifs and texts.

This issue ONLY happens on any non sense based rom. I can flash back to a sense rom and the issue is gone.

I would really love if someone could look further into this.

I wonder if this problem exists in ALL aosp roms for everyone?
I know of have the issue on non sense based roms.

We really need someone to look further into this.

Hi, yes we are several users with that problem, actually i run leedroid because customs sense rom are able to send and receive mms.
Anyway when i used to run miui i was able to send mms, they were received by my friends, but reception was impossible.
I hope for someone who fix that prob because i really love this rom, like you and everyone who tried it.

What do you mean by download? Because mine says download then the picture shows. But I can't save the picture.

Is there a program needed to save picture to SD card?

You can either preview the picture in Astro or Gallery and then use MIUI's screenshot feature (hold down menu and press volume down) or you can download Save MMS from the Market. Until the Chinese devs add the feature back in, those are our choices.
