Multilanguage

Dear,

Recently I've downloaded the latest MiUI 3.11.8 ROM for my Samsung Galaxy S2.
I've noticed that there isn't a multilanguage version available?

I've installed the ROM as discribed, but I could chose between 5 seperated languages but not the Dutch language? Is it possible to get a ROM within the Dutch language?
