I would to know when the new notification system will implement into the xiaomi. Eu ROM???

Because, for exemple, if I received 15 mail, I has 15 notification into my bar....

Nope.. Global rom is not for all devices which we support..

Almost devices has global why don't you use global base for those devices?
Global seems to be better than China these days unlike MIUI8 where China was better
