I am not sure if I need to install this new rom that says it is update for english only. Please explain this to me. I downloaded the miuiandroid_lang_maguro-2.8.24 zip. I have rom manager. I have never used this before. Please tell me what to do. Do I need to first Flash clockwork Recovery and then install the rom from my sd card?

That is a MULTI lang pack for the maguro (Galaxy Nexus GSM). So if your already running MIUI. You just flash this and you get more languages.
Oh I do not need anymore languages. I also have galaxy nexus CDMA/LTE Thanks for the fast help. Greatly appreciated.
