New to MIUI, 3 simple questions

Hey guys,

I bought a Redmi Note 4g about 4 days ago and I'm so happy with it!
Coming from years of iOS it was the best choice!

I just have some questions:

1. Would be better to flash the developer rom or the stable?
2. Is an international rom already out? (without chinese apps & keyboard)
3. I read about the static wallpaper feature being removed, does anyone know if it will be reintroduced?
4. Is there a way to have all the pictures (downloaded, saved from whatsapp, etc.) under "Photos" section in Gallery app instead of separate albums under "Local" section?

Just download latest v6 rom multilanguage rom that is in the rom section.
