Thanks @katerpanne, I'm going to check it out when I get home.
I just looked at the ROM available for 11 ultra, it is only available through fastboot, except I would like to be able to do it through TWRP as usual. I will wait when it becomes available in this mode.

Better download via integrated Downloader/Updater and install it this way?
Or download the provided fastboot.zip and install by using fastboot?
I use 11 Ultra with xiaomi.eu 12.5 stable.

You can't install with the Updater

Ok. Good to know. Thanks
I downloaded parallel the fastboot.zip. I now tried to unpack it locally ... "Header Error". I use 7Zip.
Can I ignore this? Any suggestions?

Once your phone is in fastboot mode and you have extracted the files, I just double tap windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat and it opens a CMD window and updates on my pc. Obviously wait until the phone reboots before removing as the cust files take an age to flash and as it says finished ( from installing last file), it's transfering the next, so just wait until it reboots.

Same for me, did you ignore? Not sure if I should go with this update, because of the message...
