New No Mobile Data Miui 9 - 7.9.21/22

Hello,

Today i've upgraded my xiaomi mi4c to MIUI 9, 7.10.19 from 7.9.14/15 and i got the same problem...
not mobile data, no internet connectivity

I've checked apn config, create new one from simyo/orange spanish operator configuration apn web page
no way
i've got only mobile data from 3g connectivy

If i downgrade to 7.9.14, i dont need do anychange, i got mobile data and lte connectivity

I've changed the rom using twrp , always wipe dalvik/cache

I've tested from 7.9.21 and the same problem

something about config apn files?

any help?

Same bug with MiNote(virgo). Only with Miui 9 7.9.7 mobile data works. With newest versions don't works.
