New No push notifications (Samsung i9300)

I've been using Miui for the past 6 months now. About 2 months ago I realised that my push notifications won't come through. There'll be no sound or notification so the only way I'd know something new had come would be to enter the app myself and check.

This happens with

Facebook
Snapchat
Facebook Messenger
Soundcloud
Instagram
eBay

I always download the latest roms each week and this problem has arose since v5. I tried to go back to the latest v4 but the problem still occured. I thought it might be my phone so I went back to the stock rom for my phone and the notifications worked just fine. Flashed the latest Miui back and now the notifications are gone again.

It's really frustrating because it didn't always used to be like this and Miui is the only rom I like to use.

Any ideas what's happening here?

I have a lot of delays of notification (whatsapp too) using mi2s..... I think it is a rom issue...... nobody has fix it untill now...

it's not the only issue the havent fixed yet..

still instagram refresh bug in 3.8.2 ... when it will be solved? MI2A​
