Hi all. September 2nd was the last time my Note 10 received a call. Since then all callers from mobiles or landlines have just heard a message saying that I’m “busy on another line” then invited to leave a voicemail. That’s not the case at all as I rarely use my mobile. I’ve checked for software updates, DND is off, no numbers are blocked, call forwarding is off, I’ve scoured the menus for any setting that might cause this and now I’ve run out of ideas. Thinking of a factory reset and start again from square one but before trying the nuclear option I thought it worth asking here if anyone can suggest a fix?
