New note 11 pro mice problem

I own a redmi note 11 pro phone and I am facing the following problem with it, which is that when I make a call with someone, my voice is low and the other person can hardly hear me, while the other voices surrounding me are very loud and louder than my voice, for example if there are people talking in another room, the person that I talk with him hears them clearly, or for example, if a car passes on the road and a horn is also honked, the sound will be loud to the other party
