I have noticed an issue with the MIUI ROM (2.11.16 for SGS2): For some reason there are no notifications for mails which arrive in subfolders (e.g INBOX/Logs), altough the subfolders are set to retrieve the mails using push... Seems like the push is working since the mails are always available from the very first moment when opening such a subfolder, but the notifications aren't working...
Using the Samsung Stock firmware, this issue isn't present, notifications are working for subfolders too...
