Notifications lock screen

Hello everyone,
So this question doesn't seem to be asked that frequently, but it doesn't seem to have a solution either, and i tried everything.
Got a xiaomi redmi note pro 13 5g yesterday, got hyperos 2.0.4.0 ( when i say i tried everything, yes that include this install in morocco)

And i can't find a way to have ALL notifications appear on the locked screen, and to KEEP them there until I click on them or dismiss them. Not having to grab the phone, unlock etc

For example this morning one thing that really bothered me, i got a text while the phone was on do not disturb mode, and the notification simply didn't appear on locked screen, so i just went about my day not knowing i had a message waiting with something i had to do.

Also the notification icons being super small does not help at all ( i compared with my old pixel 6)

So right now i'm either looking for a way to have them on the locked screen or have a refund on the xiaomi and just repair the pixel 6. Or eventually have a launcher including a lock screen notification centre customisation, i stumbled upon lock screen os but it feels suspicious on instal...

Any help would be appreciated.

And there is a lot of other stuff to like about this phone beside that like the jack port... so i'm still on team keeping it but this notification is bothering me a lot
