Hi ! My phone doesn't find any new ROM update ! Never ! Now I have 6.1.11. and no update.. When I used 5.11.5 same problem, no update available ! Anyone know why ? Thanks

On OTA the update is incremental (~250mb) or the full ROM ?

This and 'a good question. Honestly I never use OTA. I tried to ask and read, I got the same answer: that the size and file are the same. I do not know if it's true! I hope someone responds in forum. However do not worry, you can use a PC? so the telephone ... not stress. Download with PC, then steps in files on your phone, with app updater update.
Excuse the bad English

I cant update the phone via OTA, neither using a downloaded ROM. when I use the command "Choose the package" it appears message "unfortunatelly the updater has sopped". Does anyone has the explanation how to fix that problem?

The Miui concerned if I do not say crap not Xiaomi eu, otherwise someone correct me. But still stable. You want to upgrade to the weekly xiaomi.eu?
I would lke to upgrade it, but it does not allow me the upgrade. It says that there is no updates and if I try to upaod via downoalded ROM using teh command "choose the package" also nothing happened,

If you want to upgrade from a stable to a week, you need to wipe data. Download ROM with PC! but before doing backups

My advice would be...wait to upgrade, there are far to many unsolved problem in MIUI 7.1 global, bluetooth drop outs, netflix not working, an so on...so best advice if you like you the MIUI you got now, and don't have problems, and it's working...wait

MIUI 66.77.33.00(LHMCNCH) I Stable

It looks to me your ROM is CUSTOM VENDOR! It means that it is not official and not xiaomi.eu. My advice is change it to official or eu as fast as you can. But decision is yours and dont blame me if something goes wrong.

1. check if you loose waranty if you install different ROM. You can return it back to 66.77.33.00 (if you do backup in step 3) but your phone must work for you to do that. If you want your phone completely as you received it you must also install back official recovery over TWRP.
2. Follow http://en.miui.com/thread-207290-1-1.html to install TWRP
3. After TWRP is installed make a NANDroid backup. Dont forget to save backup to a safe place. http://trendblog.net/android-guide-make-nandroid-backup-android-phone/

But it's complicated. You can use the recovery stock

But you run that when in system not recovery, correct? Im fairly new to this so I could very well be wrong but Ive heared from various sources that making backup of a system within system is risky at best. If not, Partitions Backup app is even simpler.

It looks complicated. Do you think the phone is fake?
Where are u from?
No I dont think it is fake. You can check it if you are worried: http://www.mi.com/verify/
The thing is vendors in China are buying from Xiaomi phones that are for chinese market, put on their modified ROM and sell them to countries where Xiaomi is not selling. This modified (custom) vendor ROM is really bad and risky and you dont get updates.

It is complicated but if you take your time and go through tutorials it will help you understand things better - recovery, fastboot, ROMs .... You may need it at some point anyway.
Im from Slovenia.
