Same thing happened to me but the weird thing is I use dual space on my mix 2s and in my main space I can't open xiaomi.eu web page in chrome and in my second page I already can also in chrome :O
I tried to clean the cache of chrome and didn't solve the problem. I'm gonna try some more things

Solved. After deleting the app cache it didn't work. I went then to setting>privacy>delete navigation data and now it works fine

same issue here [Chrome + Windows 10]: CTRL+F5 not working

any other idea?

PS: working if I open Chrome in "incognito mode"

For Chrome issues to be sure your HSTS is clear do this:

1. Open a new tab in Google Chrome

2. Enter this address in the address bar:

chrome://net-internals/#hsts

3. Type the domain name in the text field below “Delete domain”.

4. Enter domain name: xiaomi.eu

5. Click on the "Delete" button

6. Reload page of xiaomi.eu and you should be good to go!

For Firefox users:

Try to rename/remove SiteSecurityServiceState.txt in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about -> Profiles page.

Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder
