phone stuck in loop....how to stop the loop and what next?

so i downloaded the MIUI for my sprint nexus 4g but when i opened the file on the cell it went though the installation and when it reset itself it started freezing.....??????

You sure you got the nexus s 4g and not the nexus s? Did you wipe prior to flashing?

yea its the 4g from sprint and prior to loading the ROM I rooted it too

I found a some post saying i have to relaod the image but i cant get the computer to recognize the drive and the phone wont stop the loop in the log on screen

On a inspire we would pull the battery>start in HBoot (press volume button down while pressing power button)>reload backup file.
