New PiP not working Redmi Note 5 ai China whyred miui 8.11.22

PiP not working anywhere (like YouTube venced or vlc). On YouTube venced it just plays on background and in vlc it stops (PiP turned on for both).

BTW I saw a transparent PiP window 1 time for 2 seconds. But aside from that I didn't saw any sign later for PiP.

Oh... Disabling full screen guesture does fix the problem.

Is it a miui rom issue or xiaomi.eu rom issue? Any chance for it to be fixed anytime soon?
