Play Store Error, Unable To Download Apps

Hello everyone,
2 days I have a problem with play store: any app I try to download I returned the error 495. I've try various online guides with no success. I tried to completely reset the phone and ran for one day, until today where I resubmitted same mistake. I tried to delete data of the app: play store, play service, download manager, I tried to remove and replace the google account, but all to no avail.

Can anyone help me?

ROM version? Does other downloads work fine?

I have try with 6.9.22 and 6.10.20.
Other download work fine. ..and from play store some application work, other no, with error 495

I try to download "cardboard camera" with my Redmi note 3 and with Samsung galaxy 14th and receive error 495 ever! ! ! Can you try to download these all to?
