I want to downgrade from latest A11 weekly to last A11 weekly on Mi 10 Ultra. Normal Twrp instal is okay or extra steps are required?

If your not changing branches and staying on weekly, then I would just install it as normal with a dalvik and cache wipe. Just do an off phone back up first in case you need to format and start again.
