I have this twrp from xda with xiaomi.eu 9.4.18 in my poco and everything is fine. And official twrp? Works well with xiaomi.eu? Should i swap my twrp to official? Thank you

No. Never touch a running system - except you like smartphone problems. TWRP is a rare used tool, not a religion and not a status symbol.
