Hello!
When I try copying files using MTP communication, after few files copied I receive an error message that states something like "a device connected to the system is not working" (translated from Italian). What can I do to solve this problem? I've tried to update firmware many times, and on different OS too, but nothing.
Thanks

Since the PTP (picture transfer protocol) still works normally, perhaps this work a round will serve you:
You could (temporarily) move the folder into the DCIM location so you can copy it as you would using the MTP method.

I hope this helps.

I've had that problem. Solved it by connecting the cable to a motherboard USB, not to the front panel of computer.
