Problem with install newest weekly rom

hello I try all the time to install the latest weekly for my mimix2s but sobalt the latest twrp 3.2.3 the new rom installed it remains after the reboot at the mix logo hang 20 minutes is nothing. can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. currently have the version miui10 8.8.3 weekly on it

If coming from stock rom you have to format data (which is something different from wipe data / system / etc), since stock roms are encrypted and you need to remove encryption.
