I'm on MIUIv10.3 STABLE with my MiPad 4
I like to use a floating volume button that pops up when audio is playing. (e.g. "Volume Dot" from google play)
floating apps need to allow overlay - but my MiPad doesn't keep my selection.
I tried to manually allow this in system settings too.
After a reboot it's asking for overlay permission again.
(I tried many similar apps with overlay buttons - and its all the same)
