New Problem with restart

Good evening I have a problem with restarting my M 11 Pro. I recently broke the screen of my phone and although visible the display does not respond to pressure commands. Having said that, I would simply like to restart it neither in twrp nor in Fastboot, but while managing from TWRP to select restart with which theoretically the smartphone should restart in a simple way instead it loads until it is turned on and then restarts again and returns to TWRP. I don't know what to do please help me

I don't know if you meant to press it while I'm on TWRP or to shut down, but holding the power button down for 10 seconds in twrp causes it to reboot and still go back to TWRP and then it doesn't work, I don't know if you meant to do it when the phone is off

If it's stuck like, the system is probably corrupted or something. Not much you can do without fixing the screen first.
